The 75-year partnership between Sharjah DCA and Serco has defined STCAS’s growth. Together, we’ve built a center of training excellence that supports the training needs of active aviation professionals who tend to over 90,000 flights annually, through comprehensive competency-based training.

STCAS holds key accreditations and partnerships, demonstrating our commitment to aviation excellence. Accredited by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) as both an Air Traffic Control Training Organisation (ATCTO) and an English Language Proficiency Testing Organisation (ELP TO), STCAS ensures that our programs uphold the highest standards in air traffic control and language proficiency. Additionally, as an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) through the National Qualification Centre, STCAS provides nationally recognized diplomas, further supporting the professional advancement of our trainees.

In addition to our UAE accreditations and partnerships, we work closely with the Oman Civil Aviation Authority and the Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority, enhancing our regional impact and offering specialized programs that meet diverse aviation needs.

Through a partnership with the City of London University, we also provide aviation-related academic courses that blend practical training with academic advancement, allowing students to earn credits toward their degree and gain a robust educational foundation alongside their hands-on training.
